The best time to book your baby's very first custom photo session is as soon as you know your due date to ensure that we can do the session within the first 4-8 days after birth. Newborns are extremely flexible & very sleepy during this stage which makes it the most ideal time for their first photo session.
Once you have reserved your due date with us, you will be emailed our Newborn Session Prep Sheet to help you prepare for your upcoming session. My Newborn style is described as simplistic, neutral, rustic, organic and timeless. If you have any specific requests they must be communicated early so that we can plan accordingly. Booking well in advance gives us time to get to know each other a little better so we can customize and make your newborn session as personalized as possible.
Newborn sessions are scheduled to start between 9:30-10AM only, 7 days a week.
I may call upon you for an extra set of hands throughout the session for some of the more advanced poses and for safety purposes, but for the majority of the session you may sit back and relax while we capture your new baby - Enjoy the little break!
Time in the studio varies for each newborn.
All nb session packages are based on 1 newborn with digital images.
Professional enlargements, canvases and wooden photoblocks may be purchased separately.
Please request a quote if you are inquiring about multiples or product/service upgrades.
Newborn session Family package is for immediate family members only.

Outdoor sessions only take place certain times of the day and are only offered from May-October. All on location and studio sessions are scheduled Monday-Saturday. Sundays will be reserved for Newborn sessions and rain dates only.
All packages require a non-refundable / non-transferable reservation fee to be paid at the time of booking and may be subject to additional travel fees. If a cancellation is necessary please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to scheduled session. Remaining balance must be paid before session begins.
Krista D. Photography reserves the right to change package details & pricing at any time without notice. Current pricing will remain locked in as long as reservation fee has been paid.
Prices shown include tax. All package prices are based on the photographer's right to share images publicly for personal portfolio, marketing materials, advertising, etc. Should the client request that their images not be shared publicly there will be an additional Privacy fee applied and due immediately (with the exception of our Boudoir clients) to compensate for any loss of business that may incur as a result of not being able to share the photographer's most recent work.
